You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use philucky, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.
All transactions on philucky are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Cryptocurrency and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and philucky ("philucky", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the philucky platform at philucky.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the philucky platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any philucky service, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms are effective as of the date first published and remain in force until terminated in accordance with Section 13. philucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14.
2.3 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the philucky Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by philucky. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The philucky Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. philucky makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the philucky Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein.
4.1 To access the full features of the philucky Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
4.2 KYC Verification. philucky is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by philucky may result in the suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal privileges.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philucky Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify philucky immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. philucky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.4 Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the philucky Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). philucky does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. philucky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
5.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the philucky Platform: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under Philippine regulations.
5.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time. philucky reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond philucky's control.
5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. philucky reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where philucky has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. philucky reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy.
6.1 philucky may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. philucky reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Modification of Promotions. philucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. philucky reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus eligibility where it determines that multiple Accounts are being operated from the same household or device.
7.1 Game Availability. philucky offers a range of casino games, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All philucky casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited to verify compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, philucky reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wagers to the Player's Account. philucky shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in philucky's server logs shall be deemed conclusive, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint in accordance with philucky's complaints procedure.
7.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to additional rules published in the philucky sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting transactions.
8.1 You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the philucky Platform:
8.2 philucky reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 All content on the philucky Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of philucky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 The philucky name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of philucky. You may not use any philucky trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 philucky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at philucky.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
10.3 philucky implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and philucky cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11.4 philucky reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including without limitation reducing deposit limits or initiating a cooling-off period.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 philucky's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 philucky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude philucky's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting philucky's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Termination by philucky. philucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
13.3 Upon termination for cause, philucky reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, philucky may forfeit all funds held in the Account.
14.1 philucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the philucky Platform shall first be submitted to philucky's internal complaints procedure. You may raise a complaint by contacting the philucky support team. philucky will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through philucky's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
